There are two series of aluminum alloy sliding doors: 70 series and 90 series. The basic door height is 2100, 2400, 2700, 3000mm. The basic door width is 1500, 1800, 2100, 2700, 3000, 3300, 3600mm. Push-pull aluminum alloy windows are available in 55 series, 60 series, 70 series, 90 series and 90-I series. The basic window height is 900, 1200, 1400, 1500, 1800, 2100mm; the basic window width is 1200, 1500, 1800, 2100, 2400, 2700, 3000mm.

Glass type

The surface of the aluminum alloy profile anodized film has a silver-white color and a bronze color. The glass type can be ordinary flat glass, float glass, laminated glass, tempered glass, hollow glass, and the like. The thickness of the glass is generally 5 mm or 6 mm.

There should be no obvious scratches, scratches, bumps and other defects on the surface of the door and window profiles.

The colored surface of adjacent bars of door and window profiles should not have obvious chromatic aberration.

There should be no aluminum chips, burrs, oil spots or other stains on the surface of the door and window profiles, and there should be no spilled adhesive at the assembly joints.

Product Certificate

The aluminum profiles used for high-quality aluminum alloy doors and windows, thickness, strength and oxide film shall comply with the relevant national standards. The wall thickness of the main members of the aluminum alloy window shall be 1.4 mm or more. The wall thickness should be above 2.0 mm, the tensile strength should be 157 Newtons per square meter, the yield strength should be 108 Newtons per square millimeter, and the oxide film thickness should be 10 microns. If the above standards are not met, it is a poor quality aluminum alloy door and window, which cannot be used.

There are six main aspects in materials

Thickness: There are 70 series and 90 series of aluminum sliding doors and windows. The aluminum alloy sliding door inside the house can be used with 70 series. The number of aluminum alloy series indicates the number of millimeters of the thickness of the door frame. Common aluminum alloy sliding windows are available in 55 series, 60 series, 70 series and 90 series. The selection should be based on the size of the window hole and the local wind pressure value. The aluminum alloy sliding window used as the closed balcony should be no less than 70 series.

Strength: The tensile strength should be 157 Newtons per square millimeter and the yield strength should be 108 Newtons per square millimeter. When you purchase, you can bend the profile moderately, and you should be able to recover after loosening your hands.

Color: The color of the same aluminum alloy profile should be consistent. If the color difference is obvious, it is not suitable for purchase.

Flatness: Check the surface of the aluminum alloy profile without any depression or bulging.

Gloss: Aluminum alloy doors and windows avoid the appearance of profiles with open defects (white spots) and ash (black spots), cracks, burrs, peeling and other obvious defects.

Anodize: The thickness of the oxide film should be 10 microns. When you purchase, lightly scratch the surface of the profile to see if the oxide film on the surface can be wiped off.
